CANCELATIONS

Step 1: Inform JCBS that you are canceling your travel program

Call our office to let us know: 800-929-5327 ext 1-287
Put your cancellation in writing via ONE of the following methods:
via email
via fax: 863-647-4433
via mail: Attn Nadia PO Box 6067 Lakeland FL 33807

Step 2: Contact Trip Mate to complete paperwork

Call Trip Mate at 800-888-7292 (Plan Number 427E)
All Cancellations must contact Trip Mate
Visit the Trip Mate web site for further details

ALL OTHER CLAIMS

* Prices do not include US and foreign government airport taxes and fees of up to $250USD, depending upon the package, including the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50USD per US enplanement, up to $10USD per round-trip; passenger facility charges of $4.50USD per segment, up to $18USD per round-trip; federal domestic segment fee of $3.70USD per segment; travel facilities tax of $8.10USD per direction; immigration fee of $7USD; customs user fee of $5.50USD; APHIS user fee of $5USD; and international transportation tax of $16.10USD per arrival or departure.
