Bob Rambo is a native of West Point, MS.  He is married to Susie Baldwin Rambo, also of West Point.  The Rambos have two sons: Will (who is in his final year at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY; Will is married to the former Merissa Melton of Gulfport; Will and Merissa have one daughter, Lilla) and Walt (an entomologist and sales rep for a chemical company in Macon, MS;  Walt is married to the former Ashley White of West Point; they have one child, Addison Grace). 

Bob answered the call to ministry in 1980 and has served churches small and large from Wren to Clarksdale, Ripley to Starkville.  He has also served as District Superintendent of the Starkville District of the Mississippi Conference.  Bob attended Wood College (’75), Mississippi State University (’80), and Memphis Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity, 1984; Doctor of Ministry, 2002).  He has traveled to Israel for the past 20 years to study, and for the past 10 years has been an adjunct instructor for The Jerusalem Center for Biblical Studies in Jerusalem, Israel.  His most recent trip to Israel was in March 2010; he will return to teach in Israel and Jordan in March 2011. 

Bob is currently Lead Pastor at a United Methodist Church in Jackson, MS
