Dr. Chris Jakway received his Ph.D. and M.A. from Western Michigan University. He serves as Professor of Philosophy and Religion at Kellogg Community College, and is Professor of Biblical Studies for the Graduate College of Spring Arbor University where he teaches Bible Survey courses and apologetics.
Chris and his wife Cheri have traveled regularly to the land of the Bible since 1990 where they work on archaeological digs. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Near East Archaeological Society. He has led dozens of study trips to Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Italy and Malta. He served as Teaching Pastor in the Wesleyan Church for 12 years, and continues a teaching ministry in the Evangelical Friends Church.
