Willis Britt is a native of Natchez, Mississippi, as is his wife Brenda. They have two children, Keith and Amy,
and are the proud grandparents of Gabriella.
He is a graduate of Natchez High School, Millsaps College, Candler School of Theology, and Trinity Theological Seminary. He was an active pastor in the Mississippi Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church for forty-five years serving churches in Yazoo County, Redwood, Vicksburg, Columbia, Bay St. Louis, Forest, Picayune, Rankin County, Hattiesburg, and Jackson. From 2004 - 2009, he served as the District Superintendent for the West Jackson District.
Upon retirement, he was named the Academic Dean of the Jerusalem Center for Biblical Studies and served until March of 2015. Willis had traveled, lectured and taught with EO and the JCBS for fifteen years prior to coming to this position.
Willis and Brenda enjoy time with family, travel-study, walking, and reading. They are passionate about baseball, especially the New York Yankees.
