    Day 1 June 13 (WED) Depart USA

    Depart on your international overnight flight.
     
    Day 2 June 14 (THU) Arrive in Germany
    Arrive this morning in Berlin, where our representative will greet you and escort you to your bus. Enjoy exploring the city by bus and by foot. You will see: Brandenburg Gate, Holocaust Memorial, Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, Gendarmenmarkt, Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden Boulevard, Checkpoint Charlie, Konzerthaus. In the afternoon, you will drive to Wittenberg for dinner and overnight.
     
    Day 3 June 15 (FRI) Wittenberg
    Spend the entire day walking the streets and seeing all the important sites in this ancient university town where Luther lived and taught for 36 years. Legend says he posted his 95 Theses on the Castle Church door, giving voice to the Reformation. This morning, you'll see Luther Hall, All Saints' Church, Castle Church, St. Mary's Church. After lunch, visit the Luther Exhibition and the Luther Project and participate in Vesper Service. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
     
    Day 4 June 16 (SAT) Leipzig and Eisleben
    This morning, you’ll journey to Leipzig. Here you’ll see the Opernhaus, Gewandhaus, Concert Hall, Moritzbastei, Naschmarkt, Goethe Denkmal, Nikolaikirche, St. Thomas Kirche, Hauptbahnhof. Travel to Eisleben where Luther was born and died. You’ll see St. Andrew's Church, Market Square, Old Town, Church of St. Peter and St. Paul (inside), inside visits of Luther's Birth House and Death House. Dinner and overnight in Erfurt.
     
    Day 5 June 17 (SUN) Erfurt and Coburg
    Erfurt was called the “city of spires” in Luther’s day. See the Fish Market, Town Hall, Krämer Bridge, St. Mary's Cathedral, Luther Memorial. Travel to Coburg where you will see the Veste's special exhibition including historical rooms, royal building, and Luther Room. Return to your hotel in Erfurt for dinner and overnight.
     
    Day 6 June 18 (MON) Eisenach
    Travel to Eisenach where you will see St. George's Cathedral and the Luther house. Travel to Wartburg Castle to visit the Great Hall, Elisabethgang, and visit the Bach house, including a short concert performed on historic instruments. Travel to Mainz for dinner and overnight.
     
    Day 7 June 19 (TUE) Worms and Heidelberg
    In the towns of Worms, you will enjoy an escorted orientation walk to see the Reformation Monument, Church of the Holy Trinity, St. Peter's Cathedral, Holy Sands. In Heidelberg, your city walk includes views of Heidelberg Castle and the Heidelberg Mountain Railway. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
     
    Day 8 June 20 (WED) Mainz, Gutenberg Press, Rhine Cruise
    This morning, explore the Rhine River city of Mainz. Your city tour sites will include St. Martin's Cathedral, the city core and the Gutenberg Museum with a fascinating printing demonstration. After lunch enjoy a river cruise from Rudesheim to St. Goar. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
     
    Day 9 June 21 (THU) Return to USA
    Return home with memories of the people and places of the Reformation in Germany.
