PAYMENT: A full deposit of $300 per person is required. Final payment for trip, including optional Travel protection premium if applicable, is due 105 days prior to departure. Thereafter, a late payment fee of $100 will be assessed. SAVINGS: Early registration discounts are not available to Hosts/Co-Hosts and are deducted from the balance ofyour bill. An additional $40 Savings available if full payment is received via check 4 months prior to departure
ACCOMMODATIONS: Price is based on double occupancy. When available, single rooms are often smaller than doubles.While EOT will try to match roommates, EOT cannot guarantee a roommate will be available. Roommates may be assignedas late as 35 days prior to departure and, if one is not available or you request a single room, the following charges apply:$425 during the basic week; $350 for Cairo; $398 for Luxor; $180 for Jordan.
ITINERARY CHANGES: If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged $120 per night;single rooms $160 per night. Meals for extra nights are not included.
CANCELLATION FEES: 100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel ProtectionProgram provided premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable. Those who donot take travel protection should be aware of the following cancellation penalties: From day of registrationto 105 days prior to departure, you will be charged the $90 non-refundable administrativefee plus any airline fees. Additionally, thereafter, you will be charged any airline penalties and asingle room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into a single plus the following charges: 104-60 days = $400; 59-45 days = $600; 44-31 days = 40% of total cost; 30 days to day ofdeparture = 100% of total cost. In addition, cancellation fees for Luxor are: 59-31 days = 25% ofextension cost; 30-0 days = 100%. Submit cancellation in writing. On or after day of departure, no refund for any services not used.
